- Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In shallow bowl, combine crushed stuffing, seasoned salt and thyme; mix well. In another shallow bowl, combine milk and egg; beat well.
- Dip pork chops in egg mixture; coat well with crumb mixture. Place in sprayed pan.
- Bake at 425°F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink in center.
- In small bowl, combine applesauce and cranberry sauce; mix well. Serve cranberry applesauce with pork chops.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Beat soy sauce, egg, water, garlic powder, and ginger together in a shallow bowl. Spread bread crumbs into a separate shallow bowl. Dip pork chops in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl. Press pork chops into the bread crumbs until evenly coated on both sides. Place coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pork is cooked through, 50 to 55 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

- Mix cranberries, marmalade and cloves. Make a pocket in each pork chop by cutting into pork toward the bone; fill pockets with cranberry mixture. Place pork in pan. Spoon 1 tablespoon honey over each chop.
- Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.

- Season pork chops with garlic, salt and pepper.
- In heavy skillet, brown chops in small amount of cooking oil.
- Mix remaining ingredients while chops are browning.
- Place chops, single-layer, in shallow baking dish.
- Spoon half of applesauce mixture evenly over chops.
- Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20 minutes.
- Turn chops and evenly spoon remaining applesauce mixture over them.
- Bake for 20-30 more minutes.

- Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a shallow baking pan with foil. Rinse pork chops and shake to dry. You want to leave just a little dampness on the chops. Sprinkle the pork chops on both sides with garlic salt, black pepper, and red pepper. Rub the seasonings into the meat. Shake the seasoned chops in flour. Set the chops on a plate to rest. Pour the melted butter in the baking pan and tilt the pan to make sure the entire cooking surface is coated with melted butter. Shake the pork chops in the flour again. Arrange the chops in the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and spray the upturned side of the chops with baking spray. Turn chops over and continue to bake pork chops for about 20 more minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
PORK CHOPS WITH CRANBERRY SAUCE

- Sprinkle the chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Peel the orange and cut it crosswise into 4 slices of equal thickness. Cut each slice into 8 equal-size pieces. Put the cranberries and orange pieces into the container of a food processor or electric blender and blend well but coarsely. There should be about 1 1/2 cups.
- Dredge the chops on both sides in flour and shake off excess.
- Heat the oil in a heavy skillet large enough to hold the chops in one layer. When the oil is quite hot add the chops and cook until nicely brown on one side, about 8 minutes. Turn the chops and cook until browned on the other side, about 5 minutes. Reduce the heat. Cover and simmer 12 minutes.
- Transfer the chops to a warm serving platter and pour off the fat from the skillet.
- Add 1 tablespoon of the butter to the skillet and when it is melted add the onion. Cook, stirring, until wilted. Add the brown sugar and stir to dissolve. Add the vinegar and tomato paste and stir until blended. Add the cranberry and orange mixture and the broth. Stir to blend. Add any liquid that has accumulated around the chops. Let simmer about 1 minute. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour the sauce over the chops and sprinkle with parsley.

If you want you can use chardonnay in place of the white wine, I use chardonnay and it worked out quite well. This recipe can be doubled if desired. Serve this with potato pancakes for a great meal!

- Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder, and saute until browned and cooked through (about 5-6 minutes on each side).
- Transfer the chops to a plate.
- Add in wine to the same skillet; bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits in the bottom of the pan.
- Stir in cranberry sauce, shallots and fresh thyme; reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until slightly reduced, stirring occasionally about 3-4 minutes).
