1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
12 cups small broccoli florets
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower kernels
5 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Steps:

  • Mix dressing, sugar and vinegar until blended.
  • Combine broccoli, onions, raisins and sunflower kernels in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Sprinkle with bacon before serving.

1 bunch broccoli, separated into florets
1 head cauliflower, separated into florets
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar

Steps:

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, tomatoes, onion and eggs; set aside. , In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
