Steps:
- Make the salsa: Combine the whole tomatoes with their juices, diced tomatoes, cilantro, onion, garlic, jalapeno, sugar, cumin, 1/4 teaspoon salt and the lime juice in a food processor or blender. Pulse several times until it reaches the consistency you like. Set aside.
- Prepare the pizza: Place the oven rack in the lowest position and preheat to 475 degrees F. Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, until chewy, about 8 minutes; drain on paper towels. Chop into bite-size pieces.
- Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a separate large skillet over medium-high heat; add the frozen hash browns and cook, stirring occasionally, until they just start turning golden brown, about 7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. In the same skillet, fry the red and green peppers in the remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over
- medium-high heat until they're nice and brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Spread 1/2 cup salsa over the dough, then evenly distribute the sliced mozzarella over the salsa. Sprinkle with the hash browns, bell peppers and bacon.
- Next comes the fun part! Make 8 little wells in the filling here and there all over the surface of the pizza; crack the eggs into the wells. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake until the crust is golden brown and the eggs are set but still slightly soft, about 15 minutes. Cut into large pieces and serve with the remaining salsa.
AMAZING BREAKFAST PIZZA
I used to make this when I worked for a gas station/pizza place so I could sell it by the slice to the early morning rush. I would end up selling more for breakfast than lunch at times!

Steps:
- This recipe is a lot quicker if you precook your Bacon and Sausage the night before and store them in your refrigerator as I do -- the prep time will be based on this.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F
- For the Pizza Dough, if you can find it frozen, uncooked, and preshaped. it's a huge time saver. If not, just prepare it as you would normally on a large pizza pan (I make the crust about 1/4 thick). Excluding the 1 1/2 of the outer crust, make little indentations with your fingertips in the dough. This helps the egg settle and cook more evenly.
- Beat the eggs with the milk, and pour over the center of the crust. Use your fingers, or a pastry brush to evenly disperse the egg.
- Evenly cover the egg with the strips of ham.
- Scatter the sausages, and if you want to have them, add the onion. Salt and pepper it lightly.
- Add a blanket of the Mozzarella cheese, then the Cheddar.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon.
- Put this wonderful pie in the oven on the center rack and check it after 15 minutes. It's hard for me to give an approximate cooking time as I used a ride through oven for 7 minutes at 475°F at my work. If it looks done, then it is. The egg layer is thin enough to cook in 10 minutes or so, so it's really just about the crust and how you like it.
- Once you've deemed it to be done, take it out of your oven and garnish it with some chopped chives. Slice, and enjoy! It's great on the go, and is wonderful hot or cold. I'm hoping this recipe will make your household as happy as it made my customers :).

- Uh, it tastes good! Like honestly who doesn’t think bread, cheese, sausage, pepperoni, and sauce tastes good? (Weirdos). There is absolutely nothing not to like about pizza, and this isn’t arguable.
- It can be eaten at all times of the day. Literally you can eat it in the morning, the afternoon and at night preferably at 3 a.m., and no one will think you’re weird.
- It’s loved by all ages. You can go to dinner with grandma Fran and little cousin Joey and neither party will protest pizza. Test it out if you don’t believe me.
- Easy to serve no matter the size of the group. Having a last minute get together with 30 of your closets friends? Pizza. Having a quiet ladies night with your bestie?
- Taste’s good hot or cold. The only food that is good at any temp. Are you enjoying your cold mashed potatoes? Or how about your warm ice cream? Yeah, I didn’t think so.
- Everyone knows what pizza is. Found yourself starving in a remote town of 12 people in Botswana? I guarantee someone can whip you up something resembling pizza.
- It’s everywhere. Whether you’re north, south, east, or west, chances are you are less than 10 miles away from a pizza place at any given moment.
- It’s versatile. There’s thin crust, thick crust, Sicilian style, gluten free, veggie, white sauce, meat lovers, and about a zillion more. There’s literally a pizza for everyone.
- The only food that you can count on to be available for delivery. Hungry, but don’t want to move? Pizza has your back. Call in or order online and it will be at your front door in no time.
