Steps:
- In blender, put 2 cups water, oil, honey, brown sugar and raisins.
- Liquefy that puppy.
- Proof yeast with 1/4 cup water and 1 tablespoon honey.
- Combine 1 cup flour, 2 cups whole wheat, 1 cup rye, milk and salt.
- Add liquid mixture and yeast mixture.
- Beat for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add rest of flour till it pulls away from sides of bowl.
- Turn out onto floured board and knead until smooth and elastic.
- Add flour as needed.
- Grease large bowl and put dough inches.
- Let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Punch down dough; divide in 4 pieces.
- Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle 2 baking sheets with cornmeal.
- Shape the 4 pieces into loafs; cover and let rise until doubled, 60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Bake for 35 minutes or crust is browned.
- Brush with butter.

Steps:
- 1. Combine flour,salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Stir in shortening and milk. Knead dough lightly to form ball. Roll out dough on floured board. Cut into 2 inch squares. Fry 2 or 3 at a time til golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

- Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir in 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water. Knead until soft but not sticky. Shape dough into balls about 3 inches in diameter. Flatten into patties 1/2 inch thick, and make a small hole in the center of each patty.
- Fry one at a time in 1 inch of hot shortening, turning to brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

INDIAN TACO'S
This recipe is a compilation of several other recipes as well! It includes Osage squaw bread, mexican blend cheese & homemade taco seasoning! I will link the other resipes to it as well!

- 1. Make a batch of Zelda's Osage Squaw bread & set aside. Combine your meats & 1/2 your diced onion in a bowl and mix them together like you would meatloaf, kneading them into one another. This makes for much better flavor when cooked and no meat separation. Add 2 table spoons of taco seasonings while cooking meat. I did not have any fat to drain from meat with jimmy dean sausage and lean ground beef. If you need to drain fat then add seasoning after you drain with a little bit of water so the meat can absorb the seasoning
- 2. Put a piece of fry bread on the plate, top with cheese, meat, lettuce, tomato, onion, olives and avacado. Betcha cant eat just one LOL

Steps:
- Add flour to mixing bowl. Add in the salt. Slowly add water while mixing until all the flour is wet. Let set for about 30-40 minutes.
- Heat oil to 350-375 degrees in a deep fryer or skillet at least 1½ to 2 inches deep. Place dough on a floured surface and knead lightly. Roll dough to about ½-inch thickness.
- Cut into 3-inch squares, gently pull and stretch each piece and drop into frying oil. Turn when golden brown. Once brown on both sides, remove from the oil. Serve hot.
