Oreo White Chocolate Fudge Food

WORLD'S BEST OREO® FUDGE

Steps:

• Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
• Bring sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a boil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, stirring constantly; cook and stir at a boil until mixture is smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat; stir white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme into the sugar mixture until completely melted. Add vanilla extract; stir.
• Gently fold 1/2 cup crumbled cookies into the white chocolate mixture until just incorporated; spread into the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed cookies evenly over the top. Press cookies lightly into the fudge. Cool at room temperature until set. Cut into small squares to serve.

OREO WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Steps:

• Heat condensed milk and white chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring until melted, then remove from heat.
• Place all but 4 oreos in a large plastic bag, and break up to smallish peices.
• Mix the cookies and chocolate mixture, and pour into a lined baking tin.
• Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over the top of the fudge.
• Refrigerate for at least an hour till set and cut into 25 peices.

WHITE-CHOCOLATE COVERED OREOS

Steps:

• Melt white chocolate (In microwave, over stove, etc.).
• The time it takes to melt it varies, depending on the heat of the microwave or stove.
• Heat it up for a minute or two, check on it, and heat it again.
• Dip each oreo in white chocolate, then lay out on a paper towel (You can really use anything, tinfoil, baking sheet, etc.).
• Sprinkle with sprinkles!
• Let cool for about 30 minutes.
• Enjoy!

PROFESSIONAL CHOCOLATE OREO FUDGE

Steps:

• Prepare a foil-lined rectangular tin or plastic tupperware container with greaseproof paper.
• Stir milk in a saucepan over low heat with butter until melted.( You can add liquer if you wish at this stage).
• Add chocolate and stir until combined.
• Break oreos into quarters in a bowl and add to chocolate mixture.
• Combine and tip into tin or plastic container.
• Chill for a least 2 hours.
• Pull out the fudge, peel off the paper or foil, cut into small squares and serve.
• Note that you can use a smaller container for thicker pieces of fudge.
• Edited to add: I made a cherry version of this for Valentine's Day last year by adding 1/2 cup of glace cherries, tipping the fudge into a heart-shaped mold and then decorating with cherries, red sugar and whipped cream. It was yummy and looked cute.
