1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
2 navel oranges, divided
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
4-1/2 tsp. cornstarch
2/3 cup milk
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 9-inch pie plate with pie crust as directed on package for one-crust pie. Bake 12 to 14 min. or just until edge begins to brown; cool. Meanwhile, zest and juice 1 orange.
  • Beat egg yolks and sugar in small bowl with mixer 5 min. or until thickened and lemon colored. Add cornstarch, milk, orange zest and juice; beat until blended. Pour into saucepan; cook on medium-low heat 10 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into crust.
  • Bake 30 min.; cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Cut remaining orange into very thin slices. Top pie with COOL WHIP and orange slices.

1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and orange juice concentrate until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; pour into crust. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before cutting. Garnish with oranges.

Steps:

  • Dissolve jello in hot water, cool , set aside.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese til smooth.
  • Beat in sugar, orange and lemon juices.
  • Gradually beat in jello mixture. Refrigerate til almost set.
  • In med bowl, beat whipping cream, then quickly beat into jello mixture.
  • Turn into pie shell, refrigerate til set.
  • Serve with cool whip or Redi Whip on top.
  • Tastes just like an Orange Dreamsicle!

1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed, divided

Steps:

  • Mix Tang, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk until Tang is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Fold in half of the tub of Cool Whip.
  • Pour mixture in the graham cracker crust. Spread the other half of the Cool Whip on top of pie.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup(s) tang (orange-flavored powdered drink)
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
1--1/2 cup(s) granham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup(s) sugar
1/3 cup(s) margarine or butter

Steps:

  • Mix Graham cracker crust ahead and press into bottom and up sides of pan or pie plate. Bake at 375* 8-10 min and set aside to cool.
  • Blend the sour cream,cool whip,condensed milk and tang until smooth and put in a cooled graham cracker crust. Chill before serving. Can decorate with sliced Kiwi fruit and Mandarin Oranges to look festive. Pie can also be frozen.
