ORANGE SLICES BAR COOKIES, MY WAY

Orange Slices Bar Cookies, My Way image

For ease, I used my cutco kitchen shears to cut them into the batter. You will love these easy treats. You could probably do any flavor you like, but the orange is AMAZING!

4 eggs
2 1/4 cup(s) packed brown sugar
2 cup(s) flour
1 cup(s) chopped pecans
16-18 - orange slices candy, cut up with my cutco scissors

Bake at 350 degrees 25 min. Cut into bars immediately, then let cool in the pan.
  • NOTE: I made this in a 9x13 cookie sheet, I think I should have stuck with the 11x17. Less thick makes it easier to eat with the candy inside...
