- In a medium bowl, stir hot water into the Jell-O powdered gelatin until it is completely dissolved. Add the mandarin orange juice and the softened sherbet and continue to mix until the sherbet is melted.
- Spray a jello mold (or an 8x8-inch glass pan) with nonstick spray. Pour the Jell-O mixture into the mold and gently scatter the orange slices into the mixture.
- Refrigerate for several hours (or overnight) until well set. Carefully turn out the chilled jello mold onto a decorative plate (see tips below). Or if you used a square dish, you can just put it out for scooping and serving. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

- Drain apricots and pineapple, reserving the juice
- Cut apricots into small pieces
- In a large bowl, combine the jello and 2 cups boiling water, stir to dissolve
- Add 1 cup of reserved juice, stir and place bowl in fridge for about 30 minutes or until jello is consistency of egg whites
- Fold in fruit and marshmallows
- Rinse 13x9 glass pan in cold water and pour in jello mixture
- Return to fridge until set, several hours or overnight
- In a small saucepan, add the sugar, flour, beaten egg and orange juice

- Prepare the red, orange, and green jello package separately as directed on the package using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each package. Pour them into individual shallow pans. Place in the refrigerator until firm. Prepare the lemon jello with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water and let set until it begins to thicken. Add the cool whip and then place in a bowl, 9x13 pan, or loaf pan. Cut the red, orange, and green jello into cubes and stir into the lemon jello mixture. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

- 1. Bring pineapple (with juice) and sugar to a boil in medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Add jello and mix well. Add 2 cups COLD water. Mix and chill until set. I usually do this step the day before I need this dish.
- 2. When jello has set completely, stir to break it up and add the cheese, pecans and Cool Whip. You can save some of the Cool Whip to cover top if you like. Mix well and chill in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
- 3. I made this with lemon the last time I made it and I loved them both. My mother-in-law still loves the orange the best.

- Mix together 4 cups of water, orange jello mix, and vanilla pudding mix in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring the whole time to keep clumps from forming. Once it starts to boil, remove from heat. Pour into a heat-resistant container (I usually use a glass baking dish), cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about four hours. Remove from fridge and break up the jello into chunks. Place in a large bowl. Add in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, and whipped cream and mix around until everything is combined.
