1 (12 ounce) box rotini pasta (340g)
2 cups chicken broth (470ml)
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes (396g)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (230g)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (or 220°C). Add the ground beef into the bottom of a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes and remove it from the oven. Briefly, drain some of the fat from the beef. Pour the pasta onto and spread into an even layer over the beef. Add the chicken broth, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Make sure that the pasta is just submerged in the liquid, feel free to remove some broth or add some water to achieve this. Top the casserole with shredded cheddar cheese before placing into the preheated oven to cook for 30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Serve with a side of lettuce and tomato. Pro tip: For an added punch, you can add a teaspoon of Cajun spice for a fun twist on this burger casserole!

1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 pound rotini pasta
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 Roma tomato, diced
2 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium high heat. Add ground beef and onion and cook until beef has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Drain excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, ketchup, mustard, pasta and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 13-16 minutes. Remove from heat and top with cheese. Cover until cheese has melted, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with tomato and green onions, if desired.

3 tablespoons prepared mustard

Steps:

  • In a 6-quart stockpot, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp, 6-8 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings. , In the same pot, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Add the next 10 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. , Stir in 1 cup cheese, pickle and bacon; cook and stir until cheese is melted. 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with herbs, undrained
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup frozen corn
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Generously grease an 8-cup baking dish. Place baking dish on a cookie sheet.
  • Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onions until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off fat.
  • Drain liquid from canned tomatoes into a 4-cup measuring cup, adding water if needed, to make 2 1/2 cups of liquid. Add juice, tomatoes, macaroni, corn, bell pepper, garlic, soy sauce, chili powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper to the beef mixture; bring to a boil.
  • Pour 1/2 of the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of Mexican cheese, add remainder of beef mixture, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

8 ounces medium egg noodles, boiling
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups onions, chopped
3/4 cup green pepper, chopped

Steps:
