Nutella® Fudge Cookies image

Stuff your face with deliciousness! I made these for a friend's birthday party and they were a huge hit. There were only four of us and they were gone in seconds! For a different taste, sprinkle salt over cookies when cooled.

Time 30m

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
½ cup peanut butter chips
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Steps:

  • Combine chocolate hazelnut-spread, peanut butter chips, flour, egg, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Place dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.

NUTELLA ROLLED COOKIES

Nutella Rolled Cookies image

Nutella filled rolled cookies recipe by Carine Goren if you want an easy recipe for a delicious cookie that looks like you are a master baker and will look beautiful on a platter, this is the one... and who doesn't love Nutella! Mangiamo!

Provided by StaceyDee

Yield 5 Dozen(s)

Number Of Ingredients 6

(500 gr) all-purpose flour
baking powder
(100 gr) powdered sugar
cold butter, diced (about 2 sticks of butter-I used salted)
milk
Nutella spread (I used a little more-almost two of the regular size containers)

Steps:

  • In food processor (or KitchenAid Mixer with the Paddle attachment) process together the flour, baking powder, powdered sugar and butter in short pulses, until you get a flaky mixture. (I added one tsp of good vanilla too, but optional) Add the milk and continue processing using short pulses, just until the dough is formed. Heat the oven to 340°F (170° celsius). Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Roll out each one of them (on a floured board and floured rolling pin) to a rectangle 1/2 cm (1/5 inch) thick. Spread the Nutella (if the spread is too thick, heat it up in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or more, keep an eye on it) on each one of the 3 dough parts, roll each part into a log. Place the logs (the "clean", stitchless side up) on a big baking pan with a piece of parchment paper on it. Or a pan with a light butter spray on it. Give them space apart from each roll. Using a knife, mark slots on each log, a gap of 2 cm (0.8 inch) separates between each slot. This step makes cutting the cookies after baking very easy. Just make slight indentations, don't cut into it or the Nutella will come through when baking. Bake for 25-35 mins, until golden. Make sure not to over bake. Cool for 30 mins. Powder them with powdered sugar. Using the slots we've marked, slice the cookies, they slice nicely with a sharp knife and won't fall apart. Keep in a sealed jar at room temperature.

CHOCOLATE NUTELLA FUDGE

Chocolate Nutella Fudge image

This recipe is a twist on the usual fudges out there. I didn't have enough chocolate on hand, so I came up with a worthy substitution. I think it's a winner-no complaints at my house.

Provided by shirley129

Categories     Candy

Time 15m

Yield 36 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (11 1/2 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
0.5 (13 ounce) jar nutella
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 dash salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped (optional)

Steps:

  • Butter an 8" square pan.
  • Optional step: spread walnuts out on a sheet of foil and pop into 350* oven for 5-8 minutes, until nuts are golden and fragrant. Coarsely chop nuts and set aside.
  • In a 1 quart glass bowl, combine the chocolate chips, Nutella, sweetened condensed milk, and salt in a bowl.
  • Microwave (HIGH) mixture for 3 minutes, taking it out halfway through and stirring well and returning it for the remaining time. I needed the whole 3 minutes.
  • Carefully remove hot bowl and stir in vanilla and nuts(if desired).
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan. Chill for 2 hours. It sets up almost immediately.
  • After it's been chilled, score and cut fudge into bite size pieces. Enjoy!

  • Prep: Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving a 2 inch overlap on the sides, so you can easily pull the fudge out.
  • Mix the fudge: In a bowl, add the condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter, vanilla, Nutella and the 1/2 tsp salt. Microwave for a minute stirring every 30 seconds until everything is smooth, mine only took a minute. Alternatively you can fill a pot with water half way and bring it to a boil. Place the bowl over the pot and stir continuously in the bowl until the chocolate is melted, it can take about 5 minutes.
  • Set the fudge: Now you need to move quickly because the chocolate will harden. Add the pistachios to the bowl and mix them in quickly using a spatula. Pour the chocolate over the parchment paper and level it out so that the top is nice and even. Sprinkle with the sea salt. Refrigerate the fudge until it's set, it will set fairly quickly, about 2 hours.
  • Slice: Pull the fudge out of the pan using the edges of the parchment paper. Slice to your preferred size. You can run the knife through hot water, then dry it, to make slicing easier.

NUTELLA FUDGE RECIPE - FOOD RECIPES
Fudge is not only a holiday treat, consider it a year-round recipe because of its ease. In this version, decadent Nutella and crunchy hazelnuts bring a new twist on a classic. You can fold in the hazelnuts, or sprinkle them on top. Visually, sprinkling them on top is the way to go in our opinion, but if you’d like to do both that is okay, too.
