Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease or spray 10 to 12 muffin cups, or line with paper liners.
- Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat bananas, sugar, oil, and egg in a smaller bowl. Add banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just moistened.
- Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups. Add a dollop of chocolate-hazelnut spread onto each muffin and swirl together well.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean, 15 to 17 minutes.

- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in bananas and Nutella.
- In a second bowl, sift together baking soda, baking powder, and flour. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture by batches, alternating with the milk, until everything is combined.
- Grease a muffin tin, or use paper liners. Portion the batter into the muffin tin. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 25-30 min or until a toothpick inserted in one muffin comes out dry and almost clean. Set tin on a baking rack for 15 minutes, then turn muffins out and leave on cooling rack until fully cooled.
- Meanwhile, melt chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler. When muffins are cool, spoon chocolate over the top of each muffin. When chocolate cools and sets, wrap each muffin and store in refrigerator.

BANANA AND NUTELLA MUFFINS

- Preheat the oven to gas mark 5 / 190C / 375F. Add the egg to the mashed bananas in a large bowl and beat with a fork until incorporated.
- Add the sugars and the melted butter and beat again until combined.
- Stir together dry ingredients and sift into wet. Tip in the bran left in the sieve. Fold the dry ingredients gently into the wet in figure-of-eight movements with a metal spoon.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cases. If nutella is not soft, gently warm in microwave. Add 1/2 tsp to each case and swirl with a cocktail stick.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then insert a knife. If blade comes out clean, they are done. If not, return to oven and keep checking.
BANANA AND NUTELLA MUFFIN

- Preheat oven at 175 degrees C. Use a muffin pan with liners. This batch makes 12 big American size muffins. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
- In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas and add the caster suger and brown sugar, egg, oil and vanilla extract. Wisk until an smooth batter.
- Sift the flour mix into the banana mix and fold gently until it is lump free. Divide the mixture into the muffins liners.
- Put Nutella in a cup and heat gently for a few second in a micowave or on a bain-marie until the Nutella becomes runny. Put a teaspoon of Nutella on each muffin and use a small stick/tooth pick to make a swirl before putting the pan in the oven. Bake for 15-18 minutes, bake in the lower part of the owen. Use a cake tester to check the middle of a muffin, if it comes out clean the muffin is done.
