¼ cup vanilla soy milk
3 tablespoons cream of coconut
3 cubes ice

Steps:

  • Combine pineapple, yogurt, soy milk, cream of coconut, and ice in a blender. Blend on high for about 2 minutes. Pour mixture into a cup.

1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice (Well-chilled)
1 (16 ounce) can cream of coconut
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 (28 ounce) bottle club soda (Well-chilled)

Steps:

  • In a container you can easily refrigerate, combine pineapple juice & cream of coconut.
  • Mix well, cover & refrigerate.
  • To serve: Stir mixture well & transfer to your punch bowl. Spoon ice cream into the mixture & slowly pour in Club Soda.

4 ounces pineapple juice (chilled)
1/3 cup canned pineapple (chilled)
12 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Put the coco lopez, ice, and pineapple juice into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds (or until your blender breaks up most of the ice). Then add the pineapple chunks and blend for another 10 seconds. Enjoy!

470 g canned crushed pineapple (drained)
3 1/2 cups water

Steps:

  • Combine coconut cream and sugar in a saucepan and boil until sugar is dissolved.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Blend pineapple with the water in a blender.
  • Add pineapple mixture to the coconut cream mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve well chilled with ice cubes.

This is just a variation of some of the other pina colada recipes i have seen on here. It has mostly the same ingredients and all, and probably tastes the same, but I just made it to suit our taste. I am just posting it so that I can keep up with it, but everyone is welcome to try it and review it. I did however make it for my family's 4th of July party and everyone raved about it. Too bad we ran out of it. :D
