SIMPLE NO-COOK VANILLA ICE CREAM RECIPE
This easy no-cook vanilla ice-cream recipe doesn't include any eggs, so you can go from four ingredients to a frozen treat in less than 15 minutes.

- Gather the ingredients.
- Whisk together the milk and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Gently stir in the heavy cream and vanilla.
- Churn according to the directions of your ice-cream maker's manufacturer. Enjoy immediately or freeze in a covered container to your desired firmness, at least 2 hours or overnight.

- For the ice cream: Whisk together the condensed milk, vanilla and salt in a large bowl; set aside.
- Whip the cream with a mixer on medium-high speed until firm peaks form, about 2 minutes. Fold about 1 cup of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture with a rubber spatula until combined, then fold the lightened mixture into the whipped cream until well blended. Pour into a chilled 9-by-5-by-3-inch metal loaf pan, and freeze, covered, until thick and creamy, like soft-serve, about 2 hours. Swirl in any desired mix-ins with a spoon. Continue to freeze, covered, until solid and scoopable, about 3 hours more.

- In a medium bowl, stir together condensed milk, vanilla, and bourbon, if desired. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream on high until stiff peaks form, 3 minutes.
- With a rubber spatula, gently fold whipped cream into condensed milk mixture. Pour into a 4 1/2-by-8 1/2-inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm, 6 hours.

- Combine eggs, cream sugar, salt, and vanilla in bowl and mix thoroughly with mixer.
- Pour into ice cream freezer bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk and stir well.
- Add enough whole milk to go to the fill line on your ice cream freezer bowl and stir.
- Follow the directions on your ice cream freezer to freeze the ice cream.

- In a large bowl, combine the milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla bean seeds, salt, strawberries, and strawberry jam. Mix well with a wooden spoon. Add to an ice cream machine and process according to the manufacturer's directions.

- Add the skimmed milk powder, sugar, xanthan gum and salt to a bowl and mix thoroughly. If the xanthan gum is not completely mixed into the sugar before we add the liquids, it won't work properly.
- Add the milk, cream and sweetened condensed milk to the bowl. They should all have been thoroughly pre-chilled in the fridge.
- If you're using a vanilla bean, cut it open and scrape the beans into the mixture. If you're using vanilla extract, just mix it in.
- Blend the mixture for 1 minute. It should start to thicken up to reach the consistency of a thin custard.
