NINJA FOODI ITALIAN MEATBALLS
Perfectly seasoned meatballs perfect for topping pasta or on a sandwich.

Steps:
- Soak bread crumbs in milk in a small bowl for 20 minutes. This will remove the grainy texture some meatballs have.
- Turn Ninja Foodi to Seart/Sauté on MD:HI. Add oil and onions. Cook onions until translucent.
- Mix beef and pork together in a large bowl. Stir onions, bread crumb mixture, eggs, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian herb seasoning, and Parmesan cheese into meat mixture. Mix well.
- Form meat mixture into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
- Turn Ninja Foodi to Sear/Sauté MD:HI. Brown all sides of the meatballs in batches in the Foodi.
- These are not cooked all the way through, but you can add to spaghetti and pressure cook, or throw in the oven for about 15-20 minutes At 425°. Or freeze until you decide how to use them.
ITALIAN STYLE MEATBALLS
I came up with these for Meatball subs. My whole faimly enjoyed them. You could also use these in spaghetti or as an appetizer. ( just make smaller)

Steps:
- Incorporate all the ingredients, **except for the Marinara Sauce, until well mixed in a large mixing bowl.
- Form into approximately 1- 1 1/2 " meatballs.
- Spray a large sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place meatballs on pan and bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 min.
- When meatballs are cooked, place in a saute pan with the one jar of Marinara sauce and simmer for about 30-45 minute.
- You can put these in spaghetti or put them in sub rolls for a great meatball sub ( just top with cheese of your choice and brown under the broiler for a minute or so).
