2 large nectarines, pitted and quartered
1 banana, cut into pieces and frozen
1 large orange, peeled and quartered
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Place the nectarines, frozen banana chunks, orange, vanilla yogurt, orange juice, and honey into a blender, and blend until smooth.

1/2 cup orange juice

2 medium nectarines or peaches, peeled, cubed and frozen

  • Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended.

  • You may need to adjust liquid amounts depending on the size of your peaches or nectarines.

I wanted to use up some nectarines and watermelon, and I thought a smoothie would be delicious. I found this recipe online. I did not put any sweetener in mine, and I thought it was terrific without. I doubled this recipe, but I'll post it as listed.

1 large nectarine, peeled and pitted (or 2 small)
1/2 cup milk (I use 2percent)
3 ice cubes

  • In a blender container, combine banana and orange juice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add cut up nectarine and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • With blender running, add milk.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
