Ingredients

4 cups blueberries
2 cups sugar
1 (3 ounce) box lemon Jell-O gelatin

Steps:

Slightly blend 2 cups blueberries in blender.
Combine blended berries, remaining whole berries, sugar, and lemon Jello mixture.
Boil ingredients for 2 minutes.
Pour hot mixture into hot jars.
Cool.
Let set 24 hours at room temperature.
Freeze jam.

I just received this old recipe from my 90 year old grandmother it was her moms favorite. You will not believe that this was made from green tomatoes. Yummy.

Ingredients

ngredients 4 cups shredded green tomatoes 4 cups white sugar 1 (6 ounce) package raspberry flavored gelatin mix

Steps:

1. Combine tomatoes and sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir and cook about 10 minutes. Add the gelatin, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes. Spoon into hot, sterilized jars and seal; or, pour into freezer containers and freeze.
