LOADED NACHO RICE DIP
This loaded beef nacho rice dip shot right up to the top of the ultimate appetizer list! Taco seasoned beef with rice, jalapeños, tomatoes and melted Cheddar.

- This recipe has taken the very best of loaded beef nachos and made it into the ultimate rice dip! Get your tortilla chips ready for this combo of Carolina® Jasmine Rice, taco seasoning, lean ground beef, sour cream, pickled jalapeño peppers, tomatoes and melted cheese! Don't forget to pair with your favorite guacamole.
- Step 1 In a medium saucepan combine rice, 1/2 packet taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Step 2 Meanwhile in a large skillet brown beef. Add onions and remaining taco seasoning. Reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3 In a large bowl combine rice and sour cream. Stir in beef mixture, tomatoes and cheese. Top with jalapeños.
- Step 4 Serve warm with tortilla chips and guacamole, if desired.

- Place ground beef and onion in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until beef is evenly brown and onions are soft. Drain and set aside.

- In a large saucepan, cook rice mix in butter until golden brown. Stir in water and diced tomatoes; bring to a boil.
