SAUCY LITTLE MEAT LOAVES
My precious little Mother made this when we were growing up in Fair Oaks California. We loved it, the only problem she usually served it with canned peas which we hated and tried to sneak to the dog when no one was looking....LOL Sorry Daddy!! NOT! She was and still is to this day a wonderful cook at the age of 82. God bless...

SPICY ORANGE CHICKEN
This is one of my favorite ways to fix chicken. I love orange marmalade. I use chicken breasts, cut in 4 pieces each. I usually serve this over fried rice.
