Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into long thin strips (about 1/8-inch wide and 8 inches long). Wrap one strip around each meatball, overlapping in a haphazard pattern and still allowing some of the meatball to show through. Place on the baking sheet and bake until the dough is browned (about 20 minutes). Allow to cool slightly and place one dot of ketchup somewhere on the exposed meatball with a dot of mustard in the center of the ketchup to resemble eyes.
DIY MUMMY SERVING BOWL FEATURING FARM RICHANDREG; MOZZARELLA STICKS
Steps:
- Cut water bottle in half to create base for mozzarella sticks. Using pinking shears, cut long strips from t-shirt cloth. Using craft glue, attach strips of fabric around bottle to appear like mummy "wraps." Glue on wiggle eyes. Tip: to make them appear more "mummy like" have them peak out from under the fabric strips instead of gluing directly on top of fabric. Prepare Farm Rich® Mozzarella Sticks according to package and serve in your new mummy bowl. Goes great with "bloody" marinara!

Steps:
- Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, season with salt and cook until golden brown, 4 to 6 minutes; set aside.
- Combine 1/2 cup breadcrumbs and the milk in a bowl; set aside until the milk is absorbed, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir the sherry and mustard powder in a large bowl until dissolved, then beat in 1 egg. Add the soaked breadcrumbs, the browned onion, the pork, turkey, honey, allspice, 2 teaspoons salt, and pepper to taste. Gently mix with your hands until combined.
- Dampen your hands; form the mixture into 36 small meatballs, about 1 tablespoon each. Put on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Put the remaining 1 cup breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Whisk the remaining 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons water in a bowl. Dip each meatball in egg, letting the excess drip off, then roll in the breadcrumbs; return to the baking sheet.
- Heat about 1 1/2 inches vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until a deep-fry thermometer registers 325 degrees F. Working in batches, fry the meatballs, gently stirring with a slotted spoon, until golden and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and season with salt. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Fold the lingonberry preserves into the sour cream and top with the dill. Skewer each meatball with a pickled cucumber slice and serve with the lingonberry cream.

Steps:
- Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick spray and set aside.
- Combine the beef, sausage, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, oregano, chile flakes, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Add the oil and egg and continue mixing with your hands until all the ingredients are combined. Use a small ice cream scoop to pop chunks out into your hand, then roll into meatballs. (This will ensure that the meatballs are all the same size.)
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheets and freeze for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line 2 baking sheets with nonstick parchment paper.
- Lay out one of the sheets of puff pastry on a work surface, then use a knife to cut 18 thin strips, each strip measuring 1/2 inch wide by 9 inches long. Cut each strip in half crosswise. Repeat with the other sheet of puff pastry.
- Wrap 2 strips of dough around each meatball like bandages, stretching the dough as necessary. Separate the "bandages" near one side of each to show the meatball "face." Place the meatballs on the lined baking sheets.
- Bake until the pastry is golden brown and the meatballs are cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool slightly. Put ketchup and mustard in squeeze bottles and use them to make little eyes. Serve.
