MUDSLIDE PUDDING SHOTS

Steps:

• Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend 2 minutes, then let sit for 5 minutes.
• Add Cool Whip and blend in just until incorporated.
• Pour into 2 oz. containers of your choice. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set. Will yield about 30 servings.

Steps:

• Lightly spray mold with non-stick spray and wipe excess off with a paper towel. Pour the Kahlua, Bailey's, and half and half in a medium saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top. Allow the gelatin to soak for 2 to 3 minutes, then begin to heat on low, stirring constantly until gelatin is fully dissolved (about 5 minutes). Remove saucepan from heat and add vodka. Pour into molds, leaving a few millimeters of space in each well for the chocolate. Chill in fridge for one hour. Put chocolate chips in a ziploc bag and microwave for 30 seconds. Steps:

• Boil cup of water.
• Empty jello powder into a large mixing bowl and add the boiling water.
• Continue stirring for two minutes or until the jello is completely dissolved.
• Add in the 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of vodka.
• Stir until mixed and pour into 2oz. cups filled 1/2 to 3/4 of the way.

• Combine cold milk to pudding & mix with an electric mixer,.
• Blend in the liquors.
• Fold in the Cool Whip until thoroughly blended.
• Fill cups & chill.
