No-Bake Monster Cookie Balls are a sweet bite-sized treat that's easy to make and tastes just like everyone's favorite monster cookie!

- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, peanut butter, honey and vanilla until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and M&M candies. Roll dough into 2-tablespoon sized smooth balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or enjoy right away. Once the balls have set, transfer them to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
MONSTER POPCORN BALLS

Steps:
- Pop the popcorn using a standard popcorn popper or make a bag of popcorn in the microwave following the manufacturer's instructions.
- Place the marshmallow topping and butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat and allow to melt. Divide the marshmallow into smaller bowls (as many colors as you'd like) and add desired food coloring.
- Pour the heated marshmallow over the warm popcorn and sprinkle with the salt. Using a gloved hand, massage the mixture into the popcorn and form into 8 balls. As the balls are formed, place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow to cool and harden, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add candy monster eyeballs to the balls.

Steps:
- In a large saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Add the JET-PUFFED Marshmallows and mix until they are completely melted. Remove from heat and add food coloring. Stir until completely blended.
- Add cereal to melted marshmallow and stir until all the cereal has been coated.
- Coat hands with cooking spray. Work quickly and carefully use hands to form cereal mixture into 12 individual balls. After forming each ball place one or two eyes firmly on the Monster Ball. After all Monster Balls have been created add candy corn pieces to create ears or hair.
- Serve immediately or store, for up to two days, in an airtight container.
