Ingredients

2 fresh jalapenos
1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves
1 clove garlic
1 banana pepper
1 lime, juice
1 teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
1 can diced tomatoes
Tortilla chips, for serving
1 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder

Steps:

Put everything but the tomatoes in a food processor. Chop until diced. Add the tomatoes. Serve with chips.
Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

This roasted salsa goes great with everything! If you like spicy, then you'll love it. If not can always eliminate the seranos.

3 roma tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
3 jalapeños
2 serano chiles
2 green onions
To taste cilantro
1 ts chicken bouillon
1/2 lemon
To taste salt

Steps:

1. Roast tomatoes and Chile's until charred and softened
2. Then add to a blender and blend a little you want it chunky
3. Cut up the 2 green onions add to blender with garlic, cilantro, boullion , lemon and salt. Pulse a few times, If to thick add a little water. Enjoy

5 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped
10 green onions
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

In a blender or food processor, pulse the tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno peppers, and cilantro to desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl, and mix in the lime juice, hot pepper sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
