MOM'S EASY KAHLUA BROWNIES
This is the way that mom fixes brownies all the time. It's so easy to throw together when you need a brownie fix! :0)

Steps:
- Follow the directions on the brownie package mixing the way that they want you to with the oil and eggs-EXCEPT- DO NOT MIX IN WATER!
- Replace water with Kahlua.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or however your package instructs you to.

The longer you store this before straining into storage containers the better the flavors will blend together.

Steps:
- Boil water and sugar in a pot for 10 minutes and then cool to room temperature.
- Put sugar water in an empty gallon container with the instant coffee, chopped vanilla bean, chocolate syrup, vodka, and glycerin.
- Shake container thoroughly at least once a day for two weeks.
- Strain through cheese cloth or similar straining device, bottle, and serve.

M&M KAHLUA COOKIES
Something i found from the kahlua website (www.kahlua.com) which turned out really well. And man...who can refuse M&Ms and kahlua!! Turns out a nice brown colour, with brightly coloured candy bits. I think the wonderful texture came from the grounded oatmeal. Try this for something different.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cream the butter and the sugars until well blended on LOW speed.
- Add eggs, vanilla and Kahlua.
- Measure the oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine powder.
- Mix the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- Fold it gently (but well) into the butter mixture.
- Add M&M's.
- Roll into balls and place 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
