APPLESAUCE OATMEAL MUFFIN-TOPS (OR MUFFINS)
Great for breakfast, snack or a brown-bag lunch. Adjust baking time accordingly if making regular muffins. Original recipe comes from William and Sonoma, however I've made a couple additions. UPDATE: The recipe has been changed to incorporate suggestions from reviwers. UPDATE #2: Also changed the instructions to reflect the previous changes.

OATMEAL APPLESAUCE MUFFINS
I originally found this recipe on SparkRecipes, but I've made a few adjustments. The milk, sugar, and flour can all be substituted for cow's milk or soy milk, splenda, and whole wheat or regular all purpose. I love the fact that there is no oil or butter needed with this recipe. These make an excellent snack or breakfast. Enjoy!

MOM'S OATMEAL MUFFINS
Easy to make when you need something quick and they're not loaded with sugar and oil. You can put whole wheat pastry flour in place of the regular flour for more nutrition which is what I do. Most of all, kids really like them!
