1 cup white grape juice - chilled
1 cup light cranberry juice
1 liter sprite - chilled
2 cups assorted fruit (for garnish)
For garnish mint sprigs - fresh

Steps:

  • In a large bowl or pitcher, stir together chilled orange juice, grape juice, and cranberry juice.
  • Add the sprite; stir gently. Fill each of the 10 glasses about 2/3 full with ice. Divide fruit among glasses. Pour juice mixture into glasses.
  • Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.

1 1/2 cups orange juice (fresh squeezed)
1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh squeezed)
1 (25.4-ounce) bottle sparkling apple cider (plain seltzer is fine, too)

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Layer half of the orange, lemon, lime slices, and chopped apples in the bottom of a 4-quart glass pitcher. Repeat with the remaining fruit to create a second layer.
  • Pour in the grape juices, orange, lemon, and lime juices. Use a long spoon or sturdy skewer to gently stir it until well mixed. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, add the sparkling cider to the pitcher. Stir gently to stir. Serve over ice.

  • Process raspberries in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
  • Pour puree through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a large container, discarding raspberry seeds.
  • Set puree aside.
  • Bring 3 cups water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan, stirring often.
  • Remove from heat; add tea bag.
  • Cover and steep 5 minutes.
  • Remove tea bag with a slotted spoon, squeezing gently; cool tea mixture.
