BACON & AVOCADO GRILLED CHEESE
This Bacon & Avocado Grilled Cheese is the epitome of comfort food. Flavorful and delicious, this is the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever tasted!

Steps:
- Cut avocado in half, scoop out the flesh, and cut into slices.
- Layer one slice of bread with 2 slices of cheese, avocado slices, bacon, remaining 2 slices of cheese, and top with remaining slice of bread.
- Melt half the butter in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat. When butter is melted and starts to foam, carefully place sandwich into the skillet. Cook for 2-4 minutes until bottom is golden brown and toasted. Carefully flip over, add remaining butter and cook for an additional 1-3 minutes until toasted. Serve warm and enjoy!!

- Heat greased grill to medium-low heat.
- Fill bread slices with Singles, bacon, tomatoes and avocados to make 2 sandwiches. Spread outsides of sandwiches with margarine.
- Grill 2 to 3 min. on each side or until Singles are melted and sandwiches are grill marked. Meanwhile, mix dressing and salsa.
- Serve sandwiches with dressing mixture.

- Preheat oven to 400°F Cook bacon in the oven on a baking sheet with sides, turning strips over once, 12 minutes, or until crisp. Drain on paper towel.
- Place half the cheddar cheese on half the bread slices. Neatly arrange tomato slices, bacon strips, and avocado slices on top of cheese, then top with remaining cheese slices and bread.
- Heat 2 large heavy skillets or a griddle over medium-low heat. Carefully spread both sides of each sandwich with butter. Grill sandwiches, pressing down frequently with the back of a spatula, until bread is crisp and toasted to an even golden color and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes per side. Serve immediately, cutting sandwiches diagonally into halves.
