- In a punch bowl, mix together fruit punch, pineapple juice and ginger ale. Add scoops of sherbet into the punch. Wait for the sherbet to begin melting, approximately 10 minutes, stir gently, and serve.

- Gather the ingredients.
- Prepare the frozen concentrated juices with water according to instructions. Mix all the fruit juices, cover, and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator.
- Add cold ginger ale right before serving.
- Serve the fruit punch over crushed ice. If desired, add slices of lemon and/or orange just before serving. Enjoy.

- Combine water and sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Cool.
- Pour sugar syrup, lemonade, apple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice and tea over a block of ice in a punch bowl. Stir to blend. Makes about fifty (4-oz.) servings. Garnish with slices of lemon and orange.

- Put the cranberries into a medium size, rigid freezer container, cover with water (by about 2.5cm), freeze until solid.
- Mix the cranberry juice in a large jug (about 1.5 litre) with the orange and lime juices.
- To serve, smash the sheet of frozen cranberries into shards and put in the bottom of eight highball glasses. Put a wedge of lime and orange and a mint sprig in each glass, then pour in the mixed fruit juices and top up with Appletise.
