1 cup blueberry
1 cup strawberry, sliced
½ cup blackberry
½ cup raspberry
1 ½ cups milk, of choice
1 cup plain greek yogurt

Steps:

  • Put fruit in a freezer bag. Seal and store in freezer for up to 8-12 months.
  • When ready to use, put milk, Greek yogurt, and frozen fruit into a blender and mix until consistency is smooth.
  • Enjoy!

1/4 cup water
1 cup raspberries
1 cup hulled strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 handful ice cubes (see Cook's Note)
2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar, plus more if desired

Steps:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order in which they are listed. Blend until smooth and pourable. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave nectar as desired.

1 cup nonfat milk (skim)
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed berries, slightly thawed (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries)

Steps:

  • Place yogurt, milk and powdered sugar in blender or food processor.
  • Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Add half of the berries.
  • Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute.
  • Add remaining berries.
  • Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute, adding a small amount of additional milk if necessary, until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
