Using the handy shortcut of Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts, these fast-prep hand pies combine crunchy graham crackers, melty chocolate and ooey-gooey marshmallows in one portable, snackable treat.

Ingredients

1/2 cup whipping cream
1 bar (6.8 oz) milk chocolate candy, unwrapped, chopped
1 package (4 oz) single-serve graham cracker crusts (6 crusts)
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Steps:

In small saucepan, heat whipping cream over medium heat until almost boiling. Stir in chopped chocolate; let stand 10 minutes. Stir with whisk until smooth.
Spoon chocolate mixture evenly into crusts. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm.
When ready to serve, set oven control to broil. Arrange marshmallows over pies. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 1 to 2 minutes until marshmallows are lightly toasted.

Unroll the pie crust and using a 3 inch round cutter, cut eight rounds from each crust (total of 16 rounds).
In a shallow container, like a pie plate, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and ¼ cup sugar.
Brush both sides of eight rounds with the melted butter. Dip into the crumb mixture coating both sides gently pressing the mixture lightly onto each round. Place the eight rounds on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Unroll the room temperature crusts and place on a cutting board or large sheet of wax paper. Use a 2 1/2 inch round cookie cutter to cut out 20 rounds. Make sure to space the cuts very close together so you have enough room. Save or discard the scraps.
Use the scores on the graham crackers to break into 4 seconds per sheet. Then break the smallest sections in half. You'll end up with 16 pieces (you'll have a few extra).
Place a piece of graham cracker in the center of each round, top with a mini chocolate bar, and then top with 3 mini marshmallows.
