Provided by Sonya01

Categories     Australian

Time 30m

Yield 12 pancakes

Number Of Ingredients 12

8 -10 medium uncooked prawns, peeled and deveined
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1 long red chile, finely chopped
1 tablespoon coriander leaves, roughly chopped
1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 cup cornflour
2 medium eggs, beaten
1/2 cup corn kernel
vegetable oil (for cooking)
