Steps:
- Prepare a bowl and mix the beef, onions, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, ketchup, cheese, and mix well.
- Add an egg and mix well. The egg becomes an adhesive to keep the mixture sticky.
- Take a spoonful and roll this into a ball. Smaller balls can cook faster.
- Place these in a microwavable plate. Heat this in the microwave for 4 - 5 minutes. Microwaves have different temperature settings; make sure that the beef has changed to a light brown color inside before serving.
- Drizzle with ketchup or tonkatsu sauce before serving.

EASY GLUTEN FREE MICROWAVE MEATBALLS
With the help of a food blender and a microwave, you can make these low fat meatballs in just a few minutes! I usually vary the recipe slightly depending on the mood I'm in, so milk or mustard make great alternatives to egg as the binding agent! The meatballs become more tender if you cook them lightly in sauce once they are ready. This recipe makes 3 good size portions or 4 regular size portions.

FAST FIX MICROWAVE MEATBALLS
I cannot remember where I found this recipe, but I am glad I did. Any cream soup can be used, but I prefer the Cheddar. It is very nice over buttered orzo.
