Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown the beef in a pan over medium heat and drain any excess grease.
- Add the oats and beef seasonings (except for the corn starch), and stir to combine. Heat until the water has reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Mix in the cornstarch and heat until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Spread the refried beans across the top of 4 tortillas, then top with the beef mixture and another tortilla.
- Combine the enchilada sauce ingredients and spread on the top of each of the 4 tortillas. Top each with diced tomatoes and then with the 3-cheese blend.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!

- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a deep skillet over high heat. Pan-fry each tortilla turning frequently, adding more oil as needed, until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Allow to drain on paper towels.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- To assemble each pizza, place 4 fried tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread 3 tablespoons of refried beans evenly on top of every other tortilla, then add 2 to 3 tablespoons ground beef. Place the other 4 tortillas on top.
- Mix together the taco sauce and enchilada sauce in a small bowl. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture on top of the tortillas and spread evenly. Sprinkle ¼ cup of each type of cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and any additional garnishes. Cut into quarters, and serve immediately.

- -Brown the beef mixture in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes, using a wooden spoon or spatula to break up the meat as it cooks; set aside.
- -In 375 degree oil, fry tortillas for 30-45 seconds per side, keeping as flat as possible and popping any bubbles that may form; drain on brown paper bags.

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large skillet, brown and and crumble the ground beef and drain the excess grease. Return the beef to the skillet.
- Add the taco seasoning packet and water and stir. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
- In a large clean skillet, heat up oil over medium heat. Once the oil is nice and hot add 1 tortilla and cook for 2-3 minutes, flipping several times until it becomes nice and crisp. Place on a paper towel to drain. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
- Add the refried beans to a microwaveable-safe bowl. Once the tortillas are crisp heat the refried beans for 30 seconds - 1 minute or until they are soft enough to spread.
- On 4 tortillas, spread a layer of refried beans on one side. Then evenly top the refried beans with seasoned ground beef. Transfer each tortilla with the beans and beef on top to a large nonstick baking sheet.
- Place a plain tortilla on top of each ground beef layer. Pour and spread 2 tablespoons of the red enchilada sauce on top. Then sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the sauce. Repeat to form all 4 Mexican pizzas.
- Place the pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve warm with toppings as desired.

- Brush the tortillas with oil and broil at 450 degrees F for about 3-4 minutes per side until puffy and light golden.
- Brown the beef over medium high heat until cooked. Drain any fat and return to heat.
- Add taco seasoning, cumin, oregano, chili powder, pepper to taste and water.
- Simmer uncovered until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Spread red salsa on the first tortilla then add beef and a layer of cheese.
- Spread refried beans on second tortilla and cover the first tortilla, bean side down.
- Spread salsa verde over the top of the second tortilla and add cheese, tomatoes, olives and green onions.

- Prepare taco meat per package directions.
- Warm refried beans.
- Prepare a small amount of oil in pan to 375°F (do not put so much that it will cover the flour tortillas).
- Cook flour tortilla's at 375°F for 30-45 seconds or until just golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Top on tortilla with a thin layer of refried beans.
- Then top beans with a layer of taco meat.
- Put another tortilla on top of the taco meat.
- Put red sauce on top of the tortilla.
- Put a few diced tomatoes and green chiles on top of red sauce.
- Top with the Mexican blend cheese.
- Finally top with a few chopped green onions.
- Put finished Mexican pizzas on cookie sheet and broil in oven until cheese is melted.
- Cut into fourths and serve.

- Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium. If using corn flour, lightly dredge 1 tortilla at a time in corn flour, and dust off any excess.
