Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.,

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 7x11 inch casserole dish.
- Sift together flour, baking powder and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, beat eggs well. Gradually stir in flour mixture. Blend in cheeses, green onions, chilies and butter. Pour batter into prepared casserole dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until firm and a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean, about 35 to 45 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Set butter in a 6x10-inch casserole dish; place dish in the preheating oven until butter is melted.
- Mix cottage cheese, Jack cheese, green chiles, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl using an electric hand mixer. Pour mixture into the melted butter in the casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C); bake until middle of casserole is set, about 50 more minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.

- Saute the vegetables in the butter over medium heat until softened, but not browned.
- Set aside to cool thoroughly.
- Whisk together the eggs, then add the cheese.
