MEATY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
We make this the night before and breakfast for Christmas is ready in a snap. Served with hash browns, juice and coffee and your not spending all morning in the kitchen.

Steps:
- Trim crusts from bread, cut into cubes, cover bottom of a 12x7" casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
- Beat eggs, add milk and mix well.
- Stir salt, pepper and dry mustard into the egg mixture, add bacon and sausage, stirring until well blended.
- Pour over cheese, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning put in a 350F oven and bake for 50-55 minutes.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, egg, salt and 1 cup flour; beat on low for 3 minutes. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl; turn once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add cabbage, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in cheese. Remove from the heat; set aside to cool. , Punch dough down and divide into 12 pieces. Gently roll out each piece into a 5-in. circle. Top each with about 1/4 cup filling. Fold dough over filling to meet in the center; pinch edges to seal. , Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes. Brush with butter. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

SUNNY'S MEATY CHEESY CASSEROLE SLIDERS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the rolls in half and place the bottom half of the rolls in a 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Season the bread with the steak seasoning and arrange the roast beef on top in mounds. Top with the shredded Cheddar.
- In a medium bowl, combine the provolone, mayonnaise and scallions. Spread this mixture on the cut sides of the top portion of the rolls. Place the tops spread-side down in the dish on top of the Cheddar.
- Mix the butter, onion, Parmesan, Worcestershire and red chili flakes in a bowl. Pour over the top of the rolls. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove the foil and place a pepper slice on top of each sandwich. Bake 5 minutes more to toast the roll tops. The sandwiches will be extremely hot; rest a few minutes before serving.
MEATY CABBAGE CASSEROLE
This is one of our favorite ways to eat cabbage. I usually use Mild sauasage and Rotel tomatoes. It is up to you how spicy 'ya like it!

Steps:
- Brown ground meat and sausage.
- (I usually don't drain).
- Add bell pepper and celery.
- Add cabbage, tomatoes, rice and water.
- Cook until cabbage wilts.
- Mix together cheese, milk, butter and flour; add to cabbage mixture.
- Bake in a casserole dish (approx. 9x13) for 30-45 minutes at 400 degrees, uncovered.
- (THIS CAN BE FROZEN BEFORE BAKING).

MEATY BUNS CASSEROLE
This is a quick and easy supper that is also great for getting rid of leftover hamburger buns or hot dog buns.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and Italian sausage; cook, stirring to crumble, until no longer pink. Drain off grease. Stir in the pizza sauce.
- Make a layer of hamburger bun halves in the bottom of a 9 inch square baking dish. Top with half of the meat sauce and half of the cheese. Arrange half of the pepperoni slices on top of the layer. Repeat the layers, ending up with cheese and pepperoni on top.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese is starting to brown.
