Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2 cups water
1 can (21 ounces) pork and beans, undrained
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 envelope sloppy joe mix
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

Steps:

In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add water, pork and beans, tomatoes and sloppy joe mix. Bring to a boil; add macaroni and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until the macaroni is almost cooked. Pour into thermoses.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons 2% milk
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon onion soup mix
1/4 pound lean ground beef

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine milk, ketchup, oats and soup mix. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Pat into a microwave-safe mug or custard cup coated with cooking spray. , Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and a thermometer reads 160°; drain. Let stand for 3 minutes. If desired, serve with additional ketchup.
