This is a fried bananas recipe that the street vendors sell. Use firm bananas for this; flatten them out to a fan shape.

1 cup milk
10 bananas, small, saba
1 cup oil (for frying)
1 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Sift together flour and baking powder.
  • Add sugar, egg, and milk; mix.
  • Flatten peeled chunked bananas into a fan shape.
  • Dip in batter.
  • Fry in hot oil.
  • Roll in sugar.
