1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 pound seasonal vegetables

Steps:

  • In a bowl, mix the Maille® Dijon Originale Mustard, oil, and lemon juice to prepare the marinating sauce.
  • Cut the chicken into small strips. Place chicken in marinade and coat both sides. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake chicken until thoroughly cooked.
  • Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into small cubes. Place in heated skillet with oil and stir for 2-3 minutes. Once the vegetables are cooked, retrieve the vegetables from the frying pan and add the sliced chicken.

1 jar Maille® Dijon Originale Mustard
Skewers

Steps:

  • Cut the meat, bell peppers and onion into squares.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the jar of Maille® Dijon Originale mustard, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Add the meat to the mixture and coat evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Alternate the meat with the bell pepper and onion squares on skewers. Grill, turning frequently and brushing with the remaining mixture.

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed*

Steps:

  • Assembly Directions:.
  • Stab chicken a few times with a fork. Rinse chicken. Place chicken breasts in a gallon freezer bag. Stir together remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon mixture over chicken and seal bag, removing as much air as possible. Squeeze chicken and Dijon sauce around until chicken is evenly coated.

  • Seal, label and freeze.
  • Serving Directions:.
  • Thaw in refrigerator. Pour off marinade from chicken and discard. Arrange chicken in a single layer in desired baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered 25 minutes, or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.

  • Prepare as directed above for serving. Arrange chicken as instructed above, placing thicker portions toward the outside edge of the baking dish. Cover with wax paper and cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Give dish a 1/2 turn if microwave doesn't have a turntable. Re-cover and cook on high an additional 3 to 4 minutes, or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
