Maple Pig Cocktail Food

BOURBON-MAPLE-PECAN SUNDAE

Steps:

• Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat until it foams. Add the pecans and toss to coat evenly; toast for about 1 minute. Add the brown sugar and swirl until it melts; toss to coat the nuts. Add the bourbon and maple syrup and remove from the heat. Swirl the sauce to mix, and then allow to cool slightly in the pan. Pour the sauce over scoops of ice cream to serve as a sundae. Season with a little pinch of salt. Serve immediately.

P'TIT JOUEUR

Steps:

• Make the mint ice: Put a mint leaf in 4 squares of a large ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
• Put a mint ice cube in a rocks glass. Stir the whisky, Jägermeister, maple syrup and bitters in a shaker with ice; strain into the prepared glass.

MAPLE MOCKTAIL

Steps:

• Mix the 5 first ingredients. Dim rim of each tall glasses in the maple sugar.
• Pour the drinks in the glasses. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.

AMERICAN PIE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Add to shaker, ice, Canadian whiskey, apple liqueur and cranberry juice. Pour into 2 rocks glasses, garnish with a slice of apple, if using, and serve.
