SUNNY'S ROSEMARY MAPLE BOURBON PUNCH

Ingredients

1 cup Grade A dark amber maple syrup
One 3- to 4-inch stalk fresh rosemary
3 cups apple cider
2 cups bourbon
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
6 to 8 stalks fresh rosemary
Apple slices, preferably Fuji or Golden Delicious

Steps:

For the punch: Add the maple syrup and rosemary to a small pot. Let steep over low heat for 20 minutes, then let cool. Remove the rosemary and pour the maple syrup into a pitcher. Add the apple cider, bourbon and lemon juice. Whisk to combine.
To serve: Serve punch over ice with rosemary stalks and apple slices as garnish.

I have not tried it but I guess it's yummy. I love maple syrup. This recipe is for 8 servings. For sure, you can have it for 1 or 2, just change the servings you want.

1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup apple juice
1 cup sparkling water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup maple syrup
maple sugar (to garnish)
8 cinnamon sticks (to garnish)

Steps:

Mix the 5 first ingredients. Dim rim of each tall glasses in the maple sugar.
Pour the drinks in the glasses. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.

1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 dashes bitters
Ice
Pickled cherries

Steps:

Add the rye, vermouth, maple syrup and bitters into cocktail shaker. Shake it up, pour over good ice in a large and manly rocks glass. Add skewered cherries and drink.
