  • When the vegetables are cooking in the oven, place the maple syrup and balsamic vinegar in a pan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer slowly until it has reduced by about half and is nice and thick.
  • Once the vegetables are ready, lightly drizzle some of the syrup over them and return to the oven for 5 more minutes.

MAPLE BALSAMIC DRESSING {NO MUSTARD} - CLEAN EATING WITH KIDS
To mix this dressing, I use a clean, old jam jar with a tight fitting lid, and I simply shake it up and then use the same jar to store this in the fridge for another time. It isn’t creamy so it lasts well without spoiling. I normally make up a batch as I need it, and feel confident keeping the dressing in a jar in the fridge for up to a week.
