- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Arrange banana halves in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle maple syrup over bananas and top with cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, 10 to 15 minutes.

- Place sliced bananas in a small casserole dish.
- Combine butter, syrup, and lemon juice and drizzle over bananas.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place coconut and pecans on a cookie sheet with sides and toast in oven till light brown.
- Sprinkle coconut and pecans over bananas.
- Serve in dessert dishes or over ice cream.

- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter in 9 x 9 x 2-inch-square baking pan. Place in oven to melt.
- Remove pan from oven; leave oven on. Stir in maple syrup, brown sugar, lime juice and allspice. Arrange bananas, cut side up, in pan. Sprinkle with coconut.
- Bake in heated 375 degrees oven from 12 minutes, turning bananas over after 6 minutes and basting with liquid in pan.
- Place bananas in dessert bowls. Top with frozen yogurt. Spoon sauce from baking pan over bananas and yogurt.

- 1. Cut bananas in 1 1/2" thick pieces and place in single layer in buttered 4 c baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour syrup over and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees 20 min, turning 2-3 times.

- Heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 8. Toss the banana halves in an ovenproof dish with the sugar, maple syrup and rum or whisky. Sprinkle with a small pinch of salt, if you like.
- Bake for 15 mins, then remove from the oven. Heat the grill to high and grill the bananas for 3-5 mins, or until bubbling and caramelised. Spoon the bananas into bowls and scatter over the pecans. Serve with ice cream, and any of the caramelised syrup from the dish drizzled over the top.

- Cut bananas in half crosswise then lengthwise.
- Melt the butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet and place the bananas in the butter, coating them using a pastry brush.
- Move the bananas to one side of the pan.
- Slightly tip the pan (with bananas on upper side), then add the maple syrup (or brown sugar), vanilla and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon and give the mixture a good stir.
- Lower the pan and blend the sauce with the bananas, spooning the sauce over the top.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Arrange 4 banana pieces on each dessert plate.
- Garnish each dish with mint sprig, and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or any flavor ice cream of your choice.
