Mango Passionfruit Ice Food

MANGO & PASSIONFRUIT ICE CREAM RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• In a large bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
• Add the condensed milk and passionfruit juice, then whip until smooth.
• Fold in the mango.
• Transfer the mixture to a baking pan or bowl, then freeze.
• Serve with more mango.

MANGO & PASSIONFRUIT ICE

Steps:

• Pour the smoothie into a container such as a loaf tin and freeze overnight, or until solid. Remove and allow to soften slightly for 10-15 mins. Scrape out the seeds from the passion fruit and set aside.
• Scoop the frozen smoothie into rough balls using an ice-cream scoop or spoon, then put inside each halved passion fruit. Serve with the sliced mango and passion fruit seeds.

COCONUT ICE CREAM WITH MANGO & PASSION FRUIT

Steps:

• Scoop the ice cream into bowls. In a small bowl, mix the mango with the lime and pour it over the ice cream. Spoon the passion fruit over the top and sprinkle over the toasted coconut.

MANGO-PASSIONFRUIT MOJITOS

Steps:

• In each of 4 sturdy glasses, muddle 5 mint leaves until they start to break down, a few seconds. In a blender, purée mango, passion-fruit juice, simple syrup, lime juice, and 1/2 cup water. Stir in both rums.
• Fill glasses with ice; top with cocktail. Garnish each glass with passion-fruit seeds (if using) and a mint sprig. Sprinkle ice cubes with a pinch of sea salt; serve.
