BAKED ZITI
A quick and easy way to prepare a tasty and filling pasta dish, originally from Mr. Food. Just use your favorite bottled spaghetti sauce. You can use any shape of pasta. I do add more cheese, but I love cheese!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Boil ziti, following package directions, drain and place in a large bowl.
- Mix all the ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella with the ziti.
- Spray a 13x9 pan with Pam.
- Cover the bottom half of the pan with about half the sauce.
- Put the ziti mixture on top of sauce.
- Pour remaining sauce on top of ziti.
- Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted and it is lightly golden.
BAKED ZITI I
A lady I worked with brought this in one day, and it was a hit. Now it is the favorite of all my dinner guests. It's great for a covered dish dinner too. I have made this also without the meat, and it is well received.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes; drain.
- In a large skillet, brown onion and ground beef over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce, and simmer 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer as follows: 1/2 of the ziti, Provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce mixture. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheeses are melted.

MAMA'S MEATY GARLIC BAKED ZITI
Steps:
- 1. In large skillet, cook sweet sausage in 3/4 cup of water.
- 2. Prep your baking dish, I use a 3 qt rectangular dish, line the bottom with a light layer of sauce (basically so the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom). But be careful not to use too much, it will bubble over the top.... trust me. ha ha
- 3. Time to chop the garlic. Once done, put butter in large skillet with garlic and simmer for about 2 minutes, then add the hamburger. Once the hamburger is done, drain it and set it aside.
- 4. Okay, now, boil large pot of water (I usually use 2 large pots so the noodles aren't overflowing). Add the noodles and cook until done. Drain.
- 5. In a large mixing bowl, mix ricotta, hamburger, noodles and about 4 cups of sauce (or more to your liking), sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese in the mix.
- 6. Add mixture into the baking dish evenly. Top with the sausage (cut into quarters) and shredded cheddar cheese evenly.
- 7. Bake at 375 degrees (uncovered) for about 35 minutes, or until cheese is nicely baked on top.
