FRUIT AND YOGURT PARFAITS
These healthy fruit and yogurt parfaits are incredibly easy to make and are the perfect make-ahead grab-n-go breakfast.

Steps:
- Wash the berries, and if some are too big, chop them into smaller pieces.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt to a mason jar.
- Add half of the chopped fruit.
- Add the remaining yogurt.
- Top with the rest of the mixed berries, granola (see notes), maple syrup, and coconut flakes.
- Seal the lids and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
- When you are ready to eat the yogurt parfaits, simply remove them from the fridge, mix, and enjoy.

Steps:
- Layer 1/4 - 1/3 c. of mixed berries in the bottom of each cup.
- Next spoon about 1/4 - 1/3 c. of yogurt on top of the berries.
- Continue layering until the cup is as full as you would like (with yogurt being the top layer).
- Fill a snack-sized ziploc bag with granola and seal (one for each cup).
- Cover each cup tightly with plastic wrap and seal with rubber band.
- Place (or tie on) a granola bag on each cup along with a plastic spoon (see picture above).
- Place in refrigerator for up to 5 days.

- In a bowl combine yogurt, oats, chia seeds, and milk.
- Stir to combine then layer half in a wide-mouth mason jar or container.
- Add half the fruit and berries then layer in remaining yogurt mixture and berries. Refrigerate overnight, and up to 3 days.

- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and maple syrup until well mixed. Mix 1 teaspoon of maple syrup per 6 ounce serving of yogurt.
- Layer yogurt and selected parfait add-ins in a small mason jar or sealable container. I like to do two layers each of yogurt and add-ins, as pictured. Top with granola.
- Store in the refrigerator and eat within 1-2 days. You can also wait to add the granola until the night before, or right before eating, for maximum crunch. In that case, the parfait should be consumed within 4 days.
