EASY CHEESEBURGER BAKE CASSEROLE
A comfort food casserole with seasoned ground beef, Bisquick, and cheese. This hot dish serves 6 to 8 people for a casual dinner party.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook ground beef and onions together in a skillet until cooked through. Drain excess oil if necessary.
- Return meat to pan and add cream cheese and ranch seasoning. Stir to melt cheese and combine until creamy.
- Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray and add meat mixture to the bottom.
- Layer on the mushrooms and 1 1/2 cup of the cheese.
- Stir together Bisquick, milk, basil, pepper, and eggs until blended. Pour into baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes or until a pick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake about 2 more minutes until cheese is melted.
- Cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
BACON CHEESEBURGER SLIDER BAKE

- Preheat oven to 350°. Without separating rolls, cut each package of rolls horizontally in half; arrange bottom halves in 2 greased 13x9-in. baking pans. Sprinkle each pan of rolls with 1 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes., In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking beef into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until combined, 1-2 minutes., Spoon beef mixture evenly over rolls; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with bacon. Replace tops. For glaze, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Microwave, covered, on high until butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Pour over rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and heated through, 20-25 minutes. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked sandwiches; prepare and freeze glaze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour glaze over buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake sandwiches as directed, increasing time by 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.

CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, brown onion in the ground beef until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in seasoned salt.
- In a large bowl combine pasta, beef mixture, soup, milk, 2 cups cheese, mustard, Worcestershire, ¼ cup BBQ sauce, diced tomatoes, & steak spice.
- Spread into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese, sesame seeds, bacon bits, and drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Steps:
- Brown meat in a large pot.
- Drain.
- Cook onion and garlic until translucent.
- Stir hamburger, salt and pepper, and all the soups.
- Pour into 2 13 X 9 X 2 casseroles.
- Top with french fries.
- Freeze if desired or continue on to eat.
- Heat oven to 350F and cook for 45-55 minutes or until fries are golden brown.
- *Note:this is also good topped with cheddar cheese.
