BANANA BREAD
Use overripe bananas to bake a classic banana bread with this easy recipe from Food Network.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
- Cream the sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Mix in the milk and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add the banana mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until combined. Add dry ingredients, mixing just until flour disappears.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Set aside to cool on a rack for 15 minutes. Remove bread from pan, invert onto rack and cool completely before slicing.
- Spread slices with honey or serve with ice cream.
MAGGIE'S BANANA BREAD
This recipe makes for the moist banana bread ever! The same recipe can be used for zucchini bread, pumpkin/chocolate chip/walnut bread, or whatever creation you desire! Just swap out the 2C of banana for whatever else.

- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in all of the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
- Grease two 1 lb loaf pans and divide mix between the two (can also use 6 mini loaf pans instead).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (if doing mini loaf pans, do 30-35 mins).
- Let cool on cooling racks.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with bananas. Stir in the oranges, coconut, chocolate chips, 1/2 cup almonds, cherries and dates., Pour into two greased 8x4-in. loaf pans. Sprinkle with remaining almonds. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.

- In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Mix in slightly beaten eggs, melted butter, and mashed bananas. Stir in nuts if desired. Pour into the prepared pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
