MACARONI AND CHEESE PINWHEELS

Steps:
- Cook lasagna according to directions; drain.
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Coat 8 cup shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
- In pot over med-hi heat combine next 6 ingredients; bring to boil; stirring occasionally; boil until thickened.
- Reduce heat to med; stir in cheddar and 1/4 cup Parm until melted; remove from heat.
- In bowl combine ricotta, 1 tbs parsley and remaining Parm.
- Spread each noodle with about 2 1/2 tbs ricotta mixture.
- Beginning at short end, roll up each noodle.
- Spread 1/2 cup cheddar sauce in bottom of baking dish.
- Cut each roll in half crosswise; place rolls cut side down in baking dish.
- Pour remaining cheddar sauce over rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake about 45 minute.
- If desired, to lightly brown, uncover& place under broiler 2 minutes; sprinkle with remaining parsley.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dust a flat work surface lightly with flour. Unroll puff pastry and roll out to a rectangle. Spread a thin layer of herbed cream cheese over the puff pastry. Cover with Swiss cheese slices, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll puff pastry up tightly like a jelly roll.
- Slice puff pastry roll in 1/4-inch-thick slices and lay on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven on the center rack until lightly browned and puffed up, 15 to 20 minutes.

- Heat oven to 375°F Lightly spray cooking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
- In small bowl mix all cheeses and mayo until well blended and soft.
- Separate dough into 2 long rectangles: press perforations to seal.
- Spread cheese mixture evenly over rectangles.
- Starting at short sides: roll up each: pinch edges to seal.
- Cut each roll into 8 slices.
- Place, cut side down, on cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake 12 to 15 mins or until golden brown.
- Immediately remove from cookie sheet.

- Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.
- on a lightly floured surface, unroll dough and separate the sheet into rectangles. Pinch the perforations to seal.
- Spread mustard onto each rectangle and top with sliced ham and cheese.
- Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle. Pinch the edges to seal.
- Cut each roll into 5-6 slices. Place cut side up in baking pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush over pinwheels, and sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden.

- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and 2 teaspoons sugar in 1 cup warm water; let stand for 5 minutes. Add the milk, butter, eggs, salt, 7 cups flour and remaining water and sugar. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough., Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour., Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings. Set bacon aside. Cook onion in drippings until tender; set aside., Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; divide into fourths. Roll each portion into a 15x10-in. rectangle. - Beat the egg in a bowl until smooth. Add the ground beef, cayenne pepper, crushed cereal, onion, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until evenly combined; set aside. Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a separate bowl. - Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place wax paper on a clean work surface and open pizza crust onto the paper.
- Beginning at the center, roll dough out evenly in all directions to make a 14 x 12 inch rectangle.
- Sprinkle dough with cheese and basil (or parsley).
- Lay ham slices over cheese, end to end.
- Roll up dough tightly, beginning at a long end.
- Press seam to close.
- Pinch ends together to seal.
- Lay roll on foil-lined sheet, seam side down.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until browned.
