LUSCIOUS KEY LIME CAKE W/ CAKE MIX RECIPE - (4.3/5)

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt® or tube pan. 2. For cake, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water and 1/4 cup Key lime juice in large bowl. • For cake:.
• Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water and 1/4 cup fresh lime juice in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan.

• Add eggs, oil, orange juice, vanilla and lemon extract.
• Beat until well blended.

• In large bowl, combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg, and oil.

• In same bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
• Beat in condensed milk until smooth.
• Add remaining eggs and reserved cake mix and beat 1 minute at medium speed.
• Stir in lime zest, lime juice and vanilla.
• Pour into prepared crust.
• Bake for 50 - 55 minutes or until center is firm.
• Cool to room temperature.
