Here's what you need: birthday cake mix, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, milk, gelatin powder, whipped cream, sprinkles

Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

1 box birthday cake mix, with additional ingredients according to box instructions
32 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon gelatin powder
whipped cream, to taste
sprinkles, to taste

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
Prepare cake mix according to the box directions and pour batter into a greased springform pan.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick will comes out dry when inserted.
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, and mix until combined.
Microwave the milk for 90 seconds, then whisk in the gelatin powder.
Pour the gelatin mixture into the cream cheese mixture and whisk until combined.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled birthday cake and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Pipe whipped cream along the edge of the cake, then follow with sprinkles all over the top.

These cupcakes are my kids favorite snack to bring in their lunch boxes. They are so good that even the teachers would write me a letter requesting the recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour, sifted
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs and extract.
Pour in flour mixture in thirds adding 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk in between (beginning and ending with flour mixture.).
Add in grated Velveeta and blend well.
Put in muffin cups 3/4 cup full only.
Top with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.
Stays moist for 1 week in room temperature (covered in tight lid container).

380 g vanilla cake mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
250 g cream cheese
400 g condensed milk
100 g chocolate candy bars, roughly chopped

Steps:

Place cake mix in a bowl add melted butter and combine.
Line muffin trays with the crumb mix.
Bake in moderate oven until browned.
Mix next 3 ingredients together and pour into cases.
Place into vfridge and allow to set.
