1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
1-1/3 cups water
2 egg whites
2 pkg. (1.4 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
1 qt. (4 cups) cold fat-free milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat first 3 ingredients with mixer until blended. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately poke deep holes in cake at 1-inch intervals, using handle of wooden spoon.
  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.; pour half into holes in warm cake. Let remaining pudding stand until slightly thickened. Spread over top of cake.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.

1 (18 1/4 ounce) box cake mix (any flavor, yellow and white is best)
1 (1/3 ounce) box sugar-free jello (any flavor, strawberry is always good)
1 (12 ounce) can diet soda (diet cream soda is great for this)
3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
8 ounces fat-free whipped topping (typically half of the container)

Steps:

  • Mix cake mix with diet soda and applesauce, mix until well blended.
  • Pour batter into desired pan (I use 13x9).
  • Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until done.
  • Cool cake and then poke holes in cake with knife or fork approximately one inch apart.
  • Prepare jello as directed (typically this uses 2 cups of water, 1 boiling 1 cold).
  • Pour jello over cake evenly.
  • Place cake in refrigerator for 1-2 hours until cooled.
  • Frost with cool-whip and enjoy!

3 ounces sugar-free jello (any flavor)
1 cup hot water, to dissolve Jello gelatin
1 (12 ounce) can diet soda (any flavor)
3 1/2 ounces sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container sugar-free Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Bake cake as directed in 9/12 cake pan.
  • Poke holes in cake after it cools a bit.
  • Mix jello with one cup hot water and pour over cake.
  • Pour can of soda over cake.
  • Mix pudding as directed and spoon over cake.
  • Top with cool whip.
